How PISA Began
In 1984, a group of private investigators and security professionals met at the home of Evelyn and Bill Smith, leading forces in the security industry for several years, and founders of the Central Security Agency and Central Training Academy.
Their goal was to create a viable voice within the industry. By the end of the evening, the foundation was laid, and the Professional Investigators and Security Association was born.
For over 35 years PISA has been at the forefront of creating a business-friendly regulatory environment for investigators and security professionals.
